Aberdeen House
Aberdeen House is the only registry office in Thanet. This unique and historic building makes it one of the most attractive registry offices in Kent. Originally built as a school in the 1880s, it has since been beautifully converted into a venue for tying the knot.
Aberdeen House offers a range of options to suit your wedding needs. It can accommodate up to 35 guests, making it ideal for a relaxed, low-key celebration. A wedding coordinator is always on hand to guide you through the entire process and ensure everything runs smoothly.
The garden space is also perfect for creating a confetti tunnel, as well as for family and group photos with your loved ones.

I photograph weddings in a documentary style, which means I capture the moments of your special day in a natural and unobtrusive way. I believe the best photos always come when people are unaware of the camera and are 100% themselves.
Weddings should be a celebration for the bride and groom and not a long boring photo shoot. I like to blend into the day as much as possible and hopefully I will feel like one of your guests.
I won’t be showing up with multiple tripods, huge telephoto lenses or light stands. Instead, I carry just two Canon cameras attached to each hip, allowing me to stay lightweight and move swiftly to capture all the natural moments of your wedding.
All I ask is that you and your wedding party enjoy yourselves! I will make sure I am in the right place at the right time to capture all the action at your wedding!
