The first thing to clarify is am I the right photographer for you? I truly hope so but there are so many photographers with different styles it might be hard to know where to start. This is one of the biggest days of your lives so it is very important to pick the right person to capture it for you. So here is a brief summary of my approach to a wedding day and style of photography:

On the day he was unreal; always smiling, always in the right place at the right time, yet somehow never in the way. Our guests loved him, and he did well to swerve the offers of shots and him being brought in to dance with us!

ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Tom Cawdron, I am a wedding photographer based in Kent. I live in the sunny, seaside town of Margate and this has been my home all my life; apart from the 3 years I studied at the University of Reading. I developed a love for photography through wildlife and travel photography which I think has heavily influenced my documentary style approach.
My approach to wedding photography is all about capturing moments and telling the story of your special day in a natural, relaxed and unobtrusive way. I am a documentary-style wedding photographer, so you will never be posed or told to smile. I will blend into your day capturing the special moments as they are. I think the most heartwarming and emotional photos are taken when people are unaware of the camera.
WHEN I AM NOT PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGSā¦
When I am not photographing weddings, I am out with my camera photographing something else. Whether that is photographing Orangutan deep in the jungles of Borneo or a wedding just a ten minute drive from my house, I have an obessession with trying to capture natural images bursting with emotion. I am hugely passionate about what I do, no-matter the subject. I strongly believe photographing wildlife has given me the eye for documentary wedding photography. Giving me the skills and patience to capture those heartfelt moments as they happen.
