Here are a selection of my favourite images from Jodie & Adam's wedding at Bury Court. Between torrential downpours, we were treated to some lovely sunshine. Herbert (Jodie & Adam's dog) was the star of the show, and he was the perfect dog of honour. What a wedding this was!
Bury Court as a Wedding Venue
This venue is perfect for couples looking to host a large wedding party. The ceremony area can host up to 160 guests, with up to 200 for the evening reception. The venue is located in the middle of the Lower Froyle countryside; however, it is only a short drive from Farnham, which has plenty of connections to major cities like Guildford. This venue has so much to offer and is one any bride and groom should consider getting married at.
Jodie & Adam had their wedding ceremony inside the barn. The tall barn, with its large wooden beams, offers a beautiful and rustic setting for a wedding ceremony.
The bridal suite, located in the adjoining barn to the ceremony, provides so much space and light for the morning bridal preparations, perfect for photographers and make-up artists to work together. The Oast House also makes a stunning room for the bride to put on her dress and reveal it to her bridesmaids and dad.
The wedding breakfast is also held in the huge barn. The tall windows let in so much natural light, which is perfect for a photographer to capture natural skin tones.
The gardens are beautifully maintained and ideal for relaxed, intimate couple photos. There is also a field at the front, which is perfectly positioned to capture some golden hour couple photos.

I photograph weddings in a documentary style, which means I capture the moments of your special day in a natural and unobtrusive way. I believe the best photos always come when people are unaware of the camera and are 100% themselves.
Weddings should be a celebration for the bride and groom and not a long boring photo shoot. I like to blend into the day as much as possible and hopefully I will feel like one of your guests.
I won’t be showing up with multiple tripods, huge telephoto lenses or light stands. Instead, I carry just two Canon cameras attached to each hip, allowing me to stay lightweight and move swiftly to capture all the natural moments of your wedding.
All I ask is that you and your wedding party enjoy yourselves! I will make sure I am in the right place at the right time to capture all the action at your wedding!
