Fordwich Town Hall
Fordwich Town Hall offers everything you need for a meaningful and intimate ceremony with your loved ones. It is located in England’s smallest town, Fordwich.
The building dates back to the 15th century, when it was originally built as a courtroom. Many of the original timber beams have been carefully preserved and can still be seen today, adding to the venue’s historic charm.
Fordwich Town Hall has everything a photographer needs to capture beautiful wedding images. The building itself is full of charm, and I love incorporating its character into the photographs.
The courtyard at the front of the building provides the perfect setting for a confetti tunnel and family group photos after the ceremony. There are also stunning views of the River Stour, where you can often watch paddleboarders drifting past.
The town of Fordwich itself is incredibly picturesque, and I often take couples for a relaxed stroll through the village and along the riverside footpaths. These areas make for beautifully natural and intimate photographs.
The building can accommodate up to 35 wedding guests, making it ideal for an intimate wedding ceremony.

I photograph weddings in a documentary style, which means I capture the moments of your special day in a natural and unobtrusive way. I believe the best photos always come when people are unaware of the camera and are 100% themselves.
Weddings should be a celebration for the bride and groom and not a long boring photo shoot. I like to blend into the day as much as possible and hopefully I will feel like one of your guests.
I won’t be showing up with multiple tripods, huge telephoto lenses or light stands. Instead, I carry just two Canon cameras attached to each hip, allowing me to stay lightweight and move swiftly to capture all the natural moments of your wedding.
All I ask is that you and your wedding party enjoy yourselves! I will make sure I am in the right place at the right time to capture all the action at your wedding!
