Here is a selection of wedding images from Allie & Chewy’s wedding, which was the very first wedding held at No.42. The couple had their ceremony at Turner Contemporary before heading to No.42 for their reception. Guests enjoyed oysters at the oyster bar during the drinks reception before moving to the Pearly Cow restaurant for the wedding breakfast.
I had the pleasure of sitting down and enjoying the food with the guests, and I must say—it was some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had! The pork belly was sublime. Unfortunately, I wasn’t brave enough to try an oyster, but the guests certainly were.
I’ve also included images from a couple’s session in Margate Old Town, as well as some breathtaking shots taken during Golden Hour on Margate’s main sands. Having lived in Margate all my life, I know all the best spots for capturing images that reflect the essence and charm of this beautiful seaside town.

This seaside hotel offers breathtaking views over Margate Main Sands, making it the perfect backdrop for a wedding celebration. With easy access to the beach, I love taking couples onto the sand for intimate couple shots. And if you’re lucky enough to have a stunning sunset, Margate’s sunsets are truly something special. The best views can be enjoyed from No.42’s balcony or rooftop terrace. In the summer, it almost feels like you’re in the Mediterranean!

I photograph weddings in a documentary style, which means I capture the moments of your special day in a natural and unobtrusive way. I believe the best photos always come when people are unaware of the camera and are 100% themselves.
Weddings should be a celebration for the bride and groom and not a long boring photo shoot. I like to blend into the day as much as possible and hopefully I will feel like one of your guests.
I won’t be showing up with multiple tripods, huge telephoto lenses or light stands. Instead, I carry just two Canon cameras attached to each hip, allowing me to stay lightweight and move swiftly to capture all the natural moments of your wedding.
