Amy & David’s Wedding at Chafford Park

Wedding venue in Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Here are a collection of my favourite images from Amy & David’s wedding at Chafford Park Estate in Kent. The sun didn’t stop shining for these two all day, even though rain had been forecasted on their wedding day all week. David and Amy met one New Years Eve in a pub called ‘The Windmill’.

Why you should get married in Tunbridge Wells?

The town of Tunbridge Wells, also known as The Royal Tunbridge Wells, is located in Kent, near the border of East Sussex. It is a popular commuter town for those working in London, as it is only 30 miles from the city center. Tunbridge Wells is one of only three towns in the UK to have been granted royal status.

This historic town has become a popular destination for visitors, thanks to its rich history, cultural attractions, and stunning countryside surroundings. At its heart lies arguably the most famous attraction—The Pantiles. This Georgian colonnade features a variety of specialist shops, art galleries, cafés, restaurants, and bars. It also hosts a vibrant farmers' market every Saturday.

During the summer months, The Pantiles offers a lively atmosphere, with visitors enjoying drinks, food, and live music in the sunshine. Beyond The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells boasts many other attractions, including Scotney Castle, Assembly Hall Theatre, High Rocks, and Dunorlan Park.

With so much to see and experience, Royal Tunbridge Wells is not only a wonderful place to visit but also a beautiful town to get married in.

As you can tell Tunbridge Wells has a very special place in my heart. So if you are looking to get married in this beautiful city then contact me!

DOCUMENTARY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY IN AND AROUND TUNBRIDGE WELLS

DOCUMENTARY

WEDDING

PHOTOGRAPHY

I photograph weddings in a documentary style, which means I capture the moments of your special day in a natural and unobtrusive way. I believe the best photos always come when people are unaware of the camera and are 100% themselves.

Weddings should be a celebration for the bride and groom and not a long boring photo shoot. I like to blend into the day as much as possible and hopefully I will feel like one of your guests.

I won’t be showing up with multiple tripods, huge telephoto lenses or light stands. Instead, I carry just two Canon cameras attached to each hip, allowing me to stay lightweight and move swiftly to capture all the natural moments of your wedding.

All I ask is that you and your wedding party enjoy yourselves! I will make sure I am in the right place at the right time to capture all the action at your wedding!
