First of all, if you like what you see, then enquire as soon as possible! Hopefully, if I am available, I will respond with an email asking to have a chat over Zoom or in person. This is a great way for us to get to know each other and also make sure I am the right fit for your wedding. Once I have confirmation that you would like me to be your photographer, I will send over an email containing the booking process, which includes a 25% deposit and a booking form. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding.
How do we book you?
I wish I could snap my fingers and stop the rain, but unfortunately I cannot control the weather. We will make the most of any sheltered areas and the inside space of your venue. If you're feeling brave, we can grab a couple of umbrellas and get out in the rain.
What happens if it rains?
Typically, I can handle most weddings as a single photographer. I would consider a second photographer if your guest list is over 100 people, if you would like photographs of both partners getting ready at separate locations, or if your wedding spans multiple locations.
Do you need a second photographer?
I always carry at least two cameras in my bag and multiple lenses. On the day, your images are stored on two SD cards and then backed up in multiple locations when I get home!
Do you bring back-up equipment?
I require a 25% deposit to secure me for your wedding. The remaining balance is due one month before your special day.
What is your payment schedule?
I am fully insured for both public liability and professional indemnity. In the highly unlikely event that I cannot make your wedding (it would take something incredibly serious for me not to attend), I would first ask my huge community of lovely photographers if anyone could step in to document your wedding. If this isn’t possible, I will offer a full refund, excluding your deposit. This hasn’t happened yet, and I hope it never will.
Are you insured? What happens if you can’t make it?
The quote I give you will include all travel expenses to your wedding. I generally charge 45p per mile for weddings more than one hour from my home location. I may charge extra for overnight accommodation, but this will all be discussed when we have our initial chat.
Do you charge for travel?
First of all, within 72 hours of your amazing wedding, I will send over your preview images. These are the top images from the day to give you a taste of what's to come. Your full gallery will be delivered to you within four weeks of your wedding day via a password-protected online gallery.
